Gel pictures - Kinases expression in E. Coli

This dataset includes SDS-PAGE pictures of expression and purification of EGFR-KD, AurKA-KD and MKK3 using specialized bacterial strains. The findings indicate the effects of expression conditions (temperature, inducer concentration and induction time) on soluble expression. The findings were submitted as a manuscript for peer review and this paragraph will be updated to cite it for access.
