YOUTH AND SOCIAL NETWORKS: IMPACT, RISKS, AND OPPORTUNITIES

The article is devoted to the analysis of the influence of social networks on modern youth. Positive and negative aspects of digital communication, features of identity formation in the online environment, the influence of social platforms on the psychological state, educational activity and social adaptation of young people are considered. Particular attention is paid to the risks of digital addiction, manipulative content mechanisms and media hygiene problems. It is concluded that it is necessary to form critical thinking, digital literacy and responsible behavior in an information society.
