The goal of this study is to characterize the molecular basis for enhanced myelopoiesis in Sema6d-/- mice fed a high fat diet. WT and Sema6d-/- mice were fed with either control or high fat diet for 3 months. Hematopoietic stem cells and multipotent progenitors were sorted from the bone marrow.
