Testicular toxicity induced by carbendazim, iprodione, alone or in combination

Using an ex-vivo testicular culture from rats, we carried out transcriptomic experiments to identify the pathway of toxicity ellicited by the fungicides carbendazim, iprodione alone or in combination. we used commercial Agilent Microarray GE 4x44K Rat (V3) Gene Expression Microarray (G2514F) AMADID : 028282本研究采用大鼠离体（ex-vivo）睾丸组织培养模型，开展转录组学实验，以明确杀菌剂多菌灵（carbendazim）、异菌脲（iprodione）单独或联合使用所诱导的毒性通路。实验使用商业化安捷伦（Agilent）GE 4x44K 大鼠(V3)基因表达微阵列（Gene Expression Microarray，G2514F），其阵列设计编号（AMADID）为028282。
