3D printed models are commonly used in small scale wind tunnel testing. However, print quality can vary depending on 3D printer, nozzle size, and setting chosen. This paper investigates the effect 3D print quality has on the wind pressure distribution of models. The data in this project can be reused as a foundation for a more comprehensive study that involves a complete group of models with a higher number of pressure taps to confirm results. This project is unique because currently, there are not many studies on how the effect structure roughness has on small scale wind tunnel measurements. The audience is those conducting wind research.

3D打印模型(3D printed models)常被应用于小型风洞试验中。然而,打印质量会因3D打印机、喷嘴尺寸及所选打印参数的不同而存在差异。本研究探讨了3D打印模型的打印质量对其表面风压分布的影响。本项目的数据集可作为后续更全面研究的基础,此类研究可采用一组完整的模型,并增设更多测压孔以验证相关结论。本项目具备独特性,因当前针对结构粗糙度对小型风洞测试结果影响的相关研究较为匮乏。本数据集的适用对象为从事风工程及相关风洞试验研究的科研人员。
