Gene expression profile of BJAB and CEM cell lines after WNT7A ectopic expression using a lentiviral vector (pLVX)

Analysis of gene expression profile in leukemia derived cell lines after the ectopic expression of WNT7A The ectopic expression of WNT7A was induced in two different leukemia cell lines (BJAB and CEM) using a lentiviral vector. Total RNA was isolated using the Genejet RNA Purification Kit (Thermo Scientific) and converted into cDNA by using cDNA synthesis system (Agilent). The labeling was performed with the Nimblegen One-Color DNA kit. Labeled DNA was hybridized into the Human Expression 12x135K array (Roche) for further scanning with the Nimblegen MS200 microarray scanner.
