本数据集为基于Compugen 22K小鼠基因芯片，对HoxB7-GFP转基因小鼠（HoxB7-GFP transgenic mice）肾脏中经荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS）得到的GFP阳性（GFP+ve）与GFP阴性（GFP-ve）细胞开展的三次重复两两比较实验。HoxB7-GFP转基因小鼠在输尿管树及其衍生物中表达绿色荧光蛋白（Green Fluorescent Protein, GFP），而后肾间充质、间质、发育中的脉管系统等组织则不表达该蛋白。关键词：重复样本
