The development of prokaryotic and transcriptional data collection and analysis technology of 12 Staphylococcus aureus from Kunming University of Technology

Prokaryotic transcriptional sequencing is to study gene expression from RNA level. At present, prokaryotic transcriptomics is mainly used in gene annotation correction, gene expression, operon identification, TSS identification, and new geneIdentification and other contents. In addition, the gene expression of bacteria in different environments and hosts was studied by the analysis of bacterial transcriptional group, so as to elaborate the influence of host and environment on bacteria and the pathogenic mechanism of bacteria. Prokaryotic transcriptionThe research strategies of group B mainly include the extraction of total RNA and the enrichment of target RNA, RNA library and sequencing, reads mapping and subsequent quantification, difference, enrichment analysis and so on.
