Upper Murrumbidgee Waterwatch
1. Engages the community in the environment through monitoring and caring for our catchments;
2. Educates and raises awareness in schools and the community on issues concerning catchment health; and
3. Uses data collected by volunteers to inform policy and on ground catchment management.

Upper Murrumbidgee Waterwatch is looking for volunteers to help us on our Autumn Bug Blitz. Macro-invertebrates (water bugs) are an excellent indicator of stream health & we need to get an adequate set of data from across the region to feed into our Catchment Health Indicator Program.

上默伦比奇水资源观察项目现正招募志愿者参与秋季昆虫突击调查（Autumn Bug Blitz）。大型无脊椎动物（Macro-invertebrates，即水生昆虫）是评估溪流健康状况的优质指示物种，我们需在全区范围内采集足量有效数据，以支撑流域健康指标计划（Catchment Health Indicator Program）的相关工作。
