The data set includes the original data from the multi-agent system used in the study experiments. All files are in `.xls` format and are organized into two compressed archives, available at Figshare (https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.29281631).The archive 'ffbd.zip' contains samples of the multi-agent system categorized into three subfolders based on agent distribution patterns: 'circle' (23 files), 'rect' (2 files) and 'random' (2,100 files). Each `.xls` file includes three columns: Agent ID, X coordinate, and Y coordinate. This dataset was used to evaluate the performance of the proposed FFBD algorithm.The archive 'questionnaire result1.zip' contains six files with aggregated results from the questionnaire survey. In each file, the first column represents the identified front boundary sequences, and the second column indicates the corresponding frequencies.Researchers interested in accessing the source code of the algorithm may contact the corresponding author.
