Transcriptome profiling of bone marrow LSK cells in control and dopamine receptors knockout mice

We performed RNA sequencing analyses of adult mouse bone marrow lineage-negative, Sca-1-positive, and c-kit-positive (LSK) multipotent progenitor cells in wildtype and Drd2 Drd3 double knockout mice Overall design: Adult LSK cells from control and Drd2 Drd3 double knockout mice were sorted by FACS. FACS sorted LSK cells were directly collected in RLT lysis buffer and processed for RNA-Seq.
