This dataset is part of an ongoing Ph.D. research project at the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment, Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), the Netherlands. The study was approved by the TU Delft Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC), and all participants provided informed consent. Interviews were recorded, transcribed, and fully anonymised in accordance with ethical and GDPR guidelines.The research evaluates the viability of a public-led integrated home renovation service (IHRS) business models for condominiums. It examines stakeholder perspectives on renovation masterplans, focusing on governance, financing, implementation challenges, and business model performance.The dataset includes:<br><strong>An Excel file</strong> containing the frequency of qualitative codes per interview, structured according to six predefined viability criteria.<strong>Anonymised PDF transcripts</strong> of the semi-structured interviews, with all identifiable personal and organisational information removed.Interviews were conducted with homeowners, study offices, one-stop shops (energy houses), and policymakers using purposive sampling. Data analysis followed a hybrid deductive–inductive coding approach. No raw audio files are included.The dataset is suitable for qualitative governance research, business model analysis, and studies on condominium energy renovation.
