Materials and datasets for "A PDMS-based skull replacement suitable for optical and mechanical access in long-term neuronal imaging, electrophysiology, and optogenetics"

We supply material files and datasets for widefield and two-photon calcium imaging as well as electrophysiology. The repository contains three main folders: The Material_3Dprint.zip folder contains design files for the head bar, head bar holder, metal ring for the head bar, and plastic cover. The Electrophysiology.zip folder holds the raw electrophysiology recordings acquired with Neuropixels and OpenEphys systems. The CalciumImaging.zip folder comprises the raw data for widefield and two-photon calcium imaging.
