Replication Data for: Financial Debt Contracting and Managerial Agency Problems

The files contain one do file which runs the code used to produce the tables in the paper together with three example pseudo-data files that illustrate the format of the files read by Stata so that users can better understand the code. All data has been adjusted to preserve anonymity.
