Lupus nephritis (LN), an autoimmune-related kidney disease and the most common and serious complication of systemic lupus erythematosus, is characterized by noticeable cell proliferation but inadequate increase in cell apoptosis. Aromatic hydrocarbon receptors (AHR) are ligand-activated transcription factors involved in various biological processes, including cell proliferation and apoptosis. transcriptome detection in total kidney samples of C57BL/6 and MRL/lpr mice with AHR agnostic treatment were tested in the study. Utilizing the fcCUT&Tag method to analyze transcriptional regulatory proteins of AHR in Bumpt cells demonstrated bound DNAs of AHR.
