CD97, also known as ADGRE5, is the first cloned human aGPCR that belongs to the epidermal growth factor (EGF) seven-transmembrane family of aGPCRs (now called ADGRE family). We reported the cryo-electron microscopy structures of human CD97 in its inactive apo and G13-bound fully active states. Here, we present SDS-PAGE analysis results for the purified inactive CD97 and CD97-G13 complex.
