外贸企业在合同履行时因各国家、地区的政府执法力度、社会营商氛围等因素存在不确定性，会面临不同的风险，因此亟需对不同国家、地区的信用做出分析。通过对企业在不同国家、地区的贸易对象的合同履行情况的监测，可得出相应贸易对象的信用评分，并做出信用评级。对信用评级较优的地区的贸易对象采取更为开放的贸易姿态，对信用评级较差的地区贸易对象采取较为谨慎保守的贸易姿态，可提高外贸企业资金运转效率，降低外贸企业资金损失，让外贸企业保持良性健康发展。1.数据采集：采集合同履行单位编号、期限内应履行合同数、实际履行合同数、逾期一年多才履行合同数、至今未履行合同数、因不可抗力未履行合同数等信息。 2.算法分析：根据算法公式计算信用评分：信用评分M=（实际履行合同数-逾期一年多才履行合同数-至今未履行合同数×2+因不可抗力未履行合同数）/期限内应履行合同数×100。 3.信用评级：根据贸易对象的信用评分M对其进行评级，M≥90的评为A级信用，80≤M＜90的评为B级，70≤M＜80的评为C级，60≤M＜70的评为D级，M＜50的评为E级。
Foreign trade enterprises face diverse risks during contract performance due to uncertainties arising from variations in government law enforcement intensity and social business climate across different countries and regions. Thus, there is an urgent demand for credit analysis of various countries and regions. By monitoring the contract performance status of enterprises' trade partners in different countries and regions, the credit score of corresponding trade partners can be derived, and credit ratings can be assigned. Adopting a more open trade stance towards trade partners in regions with excellent credit ratings, and a more cautious and conservative stance towards those in regions with poor credit ratings, can enhance the capital turnover efficiency of foreign trade enterprises, reduce their capital losses, and enable them to maintain sound and healthy development. 1. Data Collection: Collect information including the contract performance unit number, the number of contracts due for performance within the specified term, the number of actually performed contracts, the number of contracts that were performed only after being overdue for more than one year, the number of contracts that remain unperformed to date, and the number of contracts not performed due to force majeure. 2. Algorithm Analysis: Calculate the credit score using the following formula: Credit Score M = (Actual number of performed contracts - Number of contracts performed after being overdue for more than one year - 2 × Number of contracts unperformed to date + Number of contracts not performed due to force majeure) / Number of contracts due for performance within the specified term × 100 3. Credit Rating: Conduct rating for trade partners based on their credit score M: Grade A for M ≥ 90, Grade B for 80 ≤ M < 90, Grade C for 70 ≤ M < 80, Grade D for 60 ≤ M < 70, and Grade E for M < 50.
