we identified a circular RNA circARHGAP12, which was high-expressed in trastuzumab resistant HER2+ BC tumors and cell lines. We proved that circARHGAP12 promoted trastuzumab resistance by interacting with the FAK protein and may serve as a novel biomarker and potential therapeutic target for reversing trastuzumab resistance in HER2-positive breast cancer.
