养殖业高速发展的同时,抗生素滥用、药残超标等一系列问题也随之出现。部分养殖户为了解决淡水鱼在养殖过程中产生的问题,违规使用国家明令禁止使用的喹诺酮类药物。本数据可以对水产品中喹诺酮类药物含量的情况进行安全性评价,为政府部门监管提供依据,避免因喹诺酮类药物含量超标使用而产生食品安全问题,进一步保障消费者的食品安全。1.数据采集:采集样品编号、检验数量、样品名称、项目、方法、最大限定值、报告值、单位等信息;2.数据处理:(1)是否超出标准值,报告值为未检出、报告值小于等于最大限定值的为未超出,反之为超出,具体使用IF、OR的函数;(2)水产品中喹诺酮类药物监测总数:为数据统计范围内总检验数量;(3)水产品中喹诺酮类药物含量检出问题项次数:通过SUMIF函数将超出标准值的检验数量求和;(4)水产品中喹诺酮类药物含量问题发现率=水产品中喹诺酮类药物含量检出问题项次数/水产品中喹诺酮类药物含量监测总数。
With the rapid expansion of the aquaculture industry, a series of issues such as antibiotic abuse and excessive drug residues have emerged. Some aquaculture farmers, in an effort to address problems arising during freshwater fish cultivation, illicitly use quinolone drugs explicitly prohibited by the state. This dataset enables safety assessments of quinolone drug concentrations in aquatic products, providing a scientific basis for government regulatory oversight, preventing food safety incidents caused by overuse of quinolone drugs beyond their allowable limits, and further ensuring food safety for consumers.
1. Data Collection: Collect information including sample identification number, number of tested specimens, sample name, test items, testing methodologies, maximum allowable limits, reported values, and measurement units.
2. Data Processing:
(1) Standard Compliance Judgment: Samples with reported values marked as "not detected" or reported values ≤ the maximum allowable limit are classified as compliant; otherwise, they are classified as non-compliant. This logic is implemented using the IF and OR functions.
(2) Total Number of Monitored Quinolone Drug Tests for Aquatic Products: The total count of tested specimens within the data statistics scope.
(3) Number of Problematic Detections of Quinolone Drug Concentrations in Aquatic Products: Sum the number of non-compliant tested specimens using the SUMIF function.
(4) Problem Detection Rate of Quinolone Drug Concentrations in Aquatic Products = Number of Problematic Detections of Quinolone Drug Concentrations in Aquatic Products / Total Number of Monitored Quinolone Drug Tests for Aquatic Products.
