Resting state recordings of LFP signals using an ECoG array of 64 channels in anaesthetised ferrets. The activity was recorded varying the levels of isuflorane (13 levels in total). Results are published in Cerebral Cortex (F. Fischer et al, "Intrinsic Functional Connectivity Resembles Cortical Architecture at Various Levels of Isoflurane Anesthesia", 2018)
本数据集为采用64通道皮层脑电(Electrocorticography, ECoG)阵列,在麻醉雪貂体内采集的局部场电位(Local Field Potential, LFP)静息态记录。实验过程中通过调节异氟烷的麻醉剂量,共获取了总计13种不同水平的脑活动数据。该数据集相关研究成果已发表于《大脑皮层》(Cerebral Cortex)期刊,论文题为《不同异氟烷麻醉水平下的内在功能连接匹配皮层结构》,作者为F. Fischer等人,发表于2018年。
