In 2019, the most positive sentiment driver for EdTech users in the K-12 segment in India was customer support with a positive sentiment of 64 percent. In contrast, notifications and advertisements had the most negative sentiment drivers at -19 percent. Ease of use was another highly positive sentiment driver, while pricing and payments attracted a mild positive response.
