Images and GIS Data from an Archaeological Evaluation at North Oxford Triangle East, Oxfordshire April and May 2021

This collection comprises images and GIS data from an archaeological evaluation of land at Phase 2, North Oxford Triangle East, Oxfordshire. This work was undertaken in April and May 2021 by Cotswold Archaeology. A total of 53 trenches were excavated; some of which were targeted on anomalies identified by a preceding geophysical survey. The evaluation identified a small number of archaeological features, comprising ditches and gullies, within trenches excavated in the northern and western parts of the development area.

本数据集包含牛津郡牛津北三角东区二期地块考古评估所产生的影像与地理信息系统（GIS）数据。该评估项目由科茨沃尔德考古（Cotswold Archaeology）于2021年4月至5月间实施。本次评估共发掘探沟53处，其中部分探沟针对前期地球物理勘探所识别出的异常区域布设。本次评估在开发区北部与西部的发掘探沟内，识别出少量包含壕沟与冲沟在内的考古遗迹。
