Distribution and phylogeny data

A gridded species distribution database was obtained with 1,642,857 occurrence records for 22,183 species from 2,993 genera and 297 families of vascular plants in the Pan-Himalayan region. A species-level tree comprising 22,152 vascular plant species (Tcomplete) was constructed.

本研究获取的网格化物种分布数据库，涵盖泛喜马拉雅地区维管植物的1642857条物种出现记录，涉及22183个物种，分属2993个属与297个科；同时构建了包含22152个维管植物物种的物种水平系统发育树（Tcomplete）。
