1. Data Collection: Collect daily transaction data related to silicone monomers from customers.
2. Data Preprocessing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis.
3. Algorithm-driven Demand Analysis: Conduct demand analysis on the preprocessed data using the formula: $P = {a1 ext{(minimum single-order quantity)} / b1 ext{(minimum single-order consumption amount)} + a2 ext{(maximum single-order quantity)} / b2 ext{(maximum single-order consumption amount)} + a3 ext{(average order quantity)} / b3 ext{(average consumption amount)}} * k$, where $k$ is the consumption coefficient that varies across different provinces. According to empirical values, the $k$ value for Zhejiang Province is set to 0.7.
4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into "high", "medium" and "low" tiers based on the calculated demand score. Specifically, customers with a score above 1000 are marked as "high-tier", those with a score ranging from 500 to 1000 are marked as "medium-tier", and those with a score below 500 are marked as "low-tier".
