A time lapse experiment of Saccharomyces cerevisiae expressing GFP tagged Cdc20, a cell-cycle regulated activator of anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C) required for metaphase/anaphase transition; directs ubiquitination of mitotic cyclins, Pds1p, and other anaphase inhibitors; potential Cdc28p substrate novel protein thought to be involved in cell cycle regulation. These phase, gfp z-series images are part of an image group that ranges from CIL:39521-39525. Note that there are additional groups showing time series of other cell cycle regulation proteins by the same authors in the Library.
