Human ileum, Visium

Visium experiments on a biopsy from the ileum of a human donor. Four adjacent 10 µm sections. Processed sequencing data from 10X Genomics Space Ranger version 1.0.0.

The tissue was collected from a patient undergoing colorectal surgery after obtaining informed consent. The study protocol was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of the University Hospitals Leuven (reference approval number: S62935).
