Data S1:Dataset of aerosol Fe solubility simulated by the DLNN model based on the contents of total Fe, sulfate, nitrate, and oxalate in aerosol particles, the particle size, and air relative humidity in the ranges of actual atmosphere worldwide. The concentration range of total Fe in global aerosols is 0.1-86000 ng m<sup>-3 [1-5]</sup>. In the preparation of the dataset, the whole range are divided into six intervals with different increments according to the occurrence frequency of total Fe concentration in aerosols, namely, 0.1-1 ng m<sup>-</sup><sup>3</sup> with an increment of 0.1 ng m<sup>-3</sup>; 1-10 ng m<sup>-3</sup> with an increment of 1 ng m<sup>-3</sup>; 10-200 ng m<sup>-3</sup> with an increment of 10 ng m<sup>-3</sup>; 200-1000 ng m<sup>-3</sup> with an increment of 100 ng m<sup>-3</sup>; 1000-2000 ng m<sup>-3</sup> with an increment of 500 ng m<sup>-3</sup>, and 2000-86000 ng m<sup>-3</sup> with an increment of 2000 ng m<sup>-3</sup>. The concentration ranges of sulfate and nitrate in aerosol particles are 0-110 μg m<sup>-3</sup> and 0-70 μg m<sup>-3</sup>, respectively, and the maxima are the average concentrations observed under severe haze conditions in the city of Xi'an in China<sup> [6]</sup>. The increment for both salts is 5 μg m<sup>-3</sup>. The range of oxalate is 0-2 μg m<sup>-3</sup>, and its maximum is the maximum value from observations in Qingdao, China<sup>[7]</sup>. The size range of particles has nine intervals: ≤0.43, 0.43–0.65, 0.65–1.1, 1.1–2.1, 2.1–3.3, 3.3–4.7, 4.7–7.0, 7.0–11, and &gt;11 μm, and the corresponding particle size was set 0.1, 0.54, 0.875, 1.6, 2.7, 4.0, 5.85, 9.0, 55.5 μm, respectively. Relative humidity is 10-100% with an increment of 5%. Considering all combinations of the values of the six factors, Fe solubility in each case was simulated by the DLNN model constructed in the paper “Aerosol Iron Solubility Specification in Global Marine Atmosphere with Machine Learning”. The dataset includes 59,053,994 sets of data and the total size is about 2.3 G. All data is stored in 60 separated files.csv. Fe solubility in this dataset is simulated by the DLNN model trained using Qingdao data, which is applicable to most worldwide seas and margin areas except the Atlantic Ocean.
