Lactate is an end product of glycolysis and a signaling factor involved in important physiological functions in triple-negative breast cancer. 2-deoxyglucose inhibits glucose metabolism and reduces lactate production. To explore these regulated gene sets, we performed genome-wide transcriptional analysis. Overall design: MDA-MB-231 cells were incubated with different concentrations of 2-deoxy-glucose (0,10mM,20mM) for 24 hours, and then harvested for total RNA extraction.
