Simulated CNV test datasets for the MCNV2 (Mendelian CNV Validation) R package. Generated by empirical parametric simulation calibrated on real WGS data from the SPARK cohort. Includes sim_cnvs.tsv (67,608 CNVs, 597 individuals, 199 trios), sim_pedigree.tsv, and the simulation script simulate_mcnv2_testdata.R.
