WFS service of the “Lower Ried” development plan of the city of Blumberg, transformed to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.本数据集为布隆伯格市(Blumberg)"下里德(Lower Ried)"开发计划的网络要素服务(Web Feature Service, WFS)，基于5.0版本的XPlanung数据集转换而来，已适配欧洲空间信息基础设施(Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community, INSPIRE)标准。
