资源简介:
Digital terrain, snow and ice model for absolute gravity station at the Finnish
Antarctic research station Aboa, Nordenskiold Base, Dronning Maud Land, (73deg
02min S, 13deg 24min W). The surface of snow is mapped along a large number of
quasi-continuous profiles, using RTK-GPS in a sledge towed by snowmobile, and by staking out the terrain by foot. More
than 35 km of profiles are measured during each measurement season at a sampling interval of 1 m. It is planned to repeat exactly the same tracks during future expeditions
for monitoring and studying snow accumulation and its effect to absolute gravity measurement.
The studies include also a stake line with 29 measurement points for monitoring
snow surface heights and glacier motion. In 2017 field season mobile (backpack carried and snow-mobile driven) laser scanning was added as a terrain modelling method.
