The table of sequence counts per food-taxon per sample for the full dataset. A total of 972 unique sequences were identified across 370 fecal samples. For each sequence we provide the taxonomic family name, genus name, species name, nucleotide sequence, plant ID, and total number of reads identified across all fecal samples (columns A:F). For each fecal sample (columns G:NL) we identify the large-herbivore species the fecal sample was collected from, the season it was collected, and the fecal sample ID.

本全量数据集包含每份样本对应各食物类群的序列计数表。本次研究在370份粪便样本中共鉴定出972条独特序列。针对每条序列,本数据集提供了其分类学科名、属名、种名、核苷酸序列、植物编号,以及所有粪便样本中鉴定到的总读段数(对应A至F列)。针对每份粪便样本(对应G至NL列),数据集标注了该样本的采集宿主大型草食动物物种、采样季节,以及粪便样本编号。
