资源简介:
In order to gain a better understanding of the impact of Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection on genetic regulation of Litopenaeus vannamei,we performed a miRNA-seq analysis in the hepatopancreas of Litopenaeus vannamei challenged with Vibrio parahaemolyticus, using the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform. Healthy shrimps were randomly divided into 2 groups; shrimps in treatment group (T) were injected with Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and shrimps in control group (C) were injected with sterile PBS. A total of six libraries, in the control group (C1, C2, C3) and those in the treatment group (T1, T2, T3) were constructed and sequenced by Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform, three biological replicates in each group.
