Porcine gut microbiota related to body weight change during long-term fattening and weight loss

The correlation between different kinds of swine gut bacteria and host body weight is not clear. Animal model of adult Bama pigs (>2 years) with two different treatment periods for weight gain and weight loss was constructed, and the dynamic changes of the pig fecal microbiota were studied.
