This atlas depicts Purkinje cells and their upstream input neurons in the cerebellum of zebrafish larvae using recombinant rabies virus tracing tools. It contains 24 Purkinje cells and 58 upstream input neurons, and not only displays the morphological projection characteristics of individual neurons but also reveals the synaptic connections between them.
