RNA-seq analysis of LPCAT1 knockdown in FaDu cells

This project aims to investigate the role of Lysophosphatidylcholine Acyltransferase 1 (LPCAT1) in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) by transcriptome profiling. The study utilized the FaDu cell line as a model. Cells were subjected to LPCAT1 knockdown, with a corresponding negative control group. The data is intended to identify differentially expressed genes and affected biological pathways downstream of LPCAT1, thereby elucidating its potential mechanisms in HNSCC tumorigenesis or progression.
