Antibiotic resistance genes in GCA_004565475; Lonepinella koalarum

All three L. koalarum genome assemblies were uploaded to the Comprehensive Antibiotic Resistance Database (CARD 2020) to screen them for antibiotic resistance genes and their variants using blastn searches against CARD reference sequences using their default parameters.
