Increasing Family Compliance in Accompanying Patients with Mental Disorder through SMS reminders and Counselling Interventions

To ascertain the impact of SMS reminders and counselling interventions on family participation in patients with mental disorders in the Kabila Health Center's working environment in Bone Bolango District, Gorontalo City. A 40-person sample size was used in a quasi-experimental approach with one group pre- and post-testing. Total sampling was used as sampling method. The findings demonstrated that there were variations in family adherence to patients' treatment for mental disorders, both before and after the intervention

本研究旨在探究哥伦打洛市博内博兰戈县卡比拉卫生中心临床工作场景下，短信（SMS）提醒与咨询干预对精神障碍患者家属参与患者治疗的影响。本研究采用类实验（quasi-experimental）设计，实施单组前后测方案，样本量为40例，抽样方法采用全数抽样法。研究结果显示，干预前后，家属对精神障碍患者治疗的依从性存在显著差异。
