新型冠状病毒肺炎疫苗试验中国注册及候选疫苗研发机构空间分布数据集

根据世界卫生组织（WHO）国际临床试验注册平台（International Clinical Trials Registry Platform, ICTRP）中国学者注册的新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）疫苗试验信息基础上，结合研发单位的地理位置信息，开发得到新型冠状病毒肺炎疫苗试验中国注册及候选疫苗研发机构空间分布数据集。截至2020年6月2日，中国有5项疫苗进入临床试验，有7项疫苗进入临床前试验阶段。数据集包括：（1）新型冠状病毒肺炎疫苗试验中国注册数量统计空间分布数据；（2）新型冠状病毒肺炎临床评价候选疫苗中国注册统计空间分布数据；（3）新型冠状病毒肺炎临床前评价候选疫苗中国注册统计空间分布。该数据集包括3个文件夹共21个文件，存储格式为.shp格式，数据量为 36.7 KB（压缩为一个文件，数据量10 KB）。该数据集是“中国抗COVID-19科研进展：第2期--疫苗研发”视频周报的支撑数据之一，该报告发表于《全球变化数据仓储（中英文）》2020年6月6日。

Based on the information of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus pneumonia) vaccine trials registered by Chinese scholars in the World Health Organization (WHO) International Clinical Trials Registry Platform (ICTRP), combined with the geographic location information of research and development (R&D) institutions, a spatial distribution dataset of registered COVID-19 vaccine trials in China and candidate vaccine R&D institutions was developed. As of June 2, 2020, 5 vaccine candidates in China had entered clinical trials, while 7 vaccine candidates were in the pre-clinical trial stage. The dataset includes: (1) Spatial distribution data of statistical counts of registered COVID-19 vaccine trials in China; (2) Spatial distribution data of statistical counts of registered COVID-19 candidate vaccines for clinical evaluation in China; (3) Spatial distribution data of statistical counts of registered COVID-19 candidate vaccines for pre-clinical evaluation in China. This dataset consists of 3 folders containing a total of 21 files, stored in .shp format, with a total size of 36.7 KB (compressed into a single file with a size of 10 KB). This dataset is one of the supporting data for the video weekly report *Progress of China's Anti-COVID-19 Scientific Research: Phase 2 – Vaccine R&D*, which was published in *Global Change Data Repository (Chinese and English)* on June 6, 2020.
