Gut Microbiota Shifts Sharply in Minimal Change Disease: a Good Biomarker But Not a Treatment Target

Minimal change disease (MCD) is one of the most common causes of primary nephrotic syndrome with high morbidity. This research aims to explore the characteristic alterations of gut microbiota in MCD and establish a non-invasive classifier using key gut microbiome. We also aim to evaluate the therapeutic effect of intervention of gut microbiota in MCD through animal experiments.
