All mfiles starting with 'Run_*' can be run on Matlab without any pre-loaded variables or data. <br> The three files in the root directory consist of the only input data to all program mfiles for three of the four folders: Build_Real_Data, Build_Solution_Book, Plot_Output. Of which, SICM.m is the mathematical model, Input_Matched_InitialsAndParameters.mat contains initial conditions and parameter values for each day from day 50 to day 590, 30 best-fitted values for each day, ranking from the best to worst fit. The third csv file is the US cases and deaths data from CDC. <br> The order in which to generate the output data files is to run all Run_* mfiles in folders (1) Build_Real_Data (2) Build_Solution_Book (3) Plot_Output <br> To save memory space, Solution_Sheet.mat is not included in the shared data. It needs to be generated in Build_Solution_Book before plots in Plot_Output can be done. <br> When you reach the Plot_Output folder, you have build all data files to generate the fig_best_match, and the testing-free equilibrium E_1 and the interior endemic equilibrium E_* for the best-fitted model. <br> Files in folder 'Variant Typing' is independent and is for varients of Covid-19. Data file 'Publication_Data' contains parameters and ininitials for 5 variants from day 50 to day 590. 'Publication_Data_Classification' contains classification of the variants parameters into types according to Theorem 1.1 and Theorem 1.2 of the manuscript. For example, T113 is for the type defined by parameter condition 3 of Theorem 1.1, and T123 is for Theorem 1.2's parameter type 3. <br> All figures for the manuscript, 'Theory of Infectious Diseases with Testing and Testing-less Covid-19 Endemic' by B.Deng and CY. Yang are located in the root directory. <br> Note: It requires zero knowledge to verify the result. 所有以"Run_*"开头的Matlab脚本文件(mfile)均可直接在Matlab环境中运行,无需预先加载任何变量或数据。 根目录下的三个文件,是其余三个文件夹(Build_Real_Data、Build_Solution_Book、Plot_Output)中所有程序mfile的唯一输入数据源。其中,SICM.m为该研究的核心数学模型;Input_Matched_InitialsAndParameters.mat包含了第50天至第590天每日的初始条件与参数值,且每日对应30组最优拟合结果,按拟合优度从高到低排序;第三个CSV文件为美国疾病控制与预防中心(Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, CDC)提供的美国新冠确诊与死亡数据。 生成输出数据文件的正确运行顺序为:依次运行三个文件夹内的所有"Run_*"mfile,顺序为(1) Build_Real_Data (2) Build_Solution_Book (3) Plot_Output。 为节省存储空间,共享数据中未包含Solution_Sheet.mat文件;该文件需在Build_Solution_Book文件夹中生成后,方可在Plot_Output文件夹中进行绘图操作。 当进入Plot_Output文件夹时,已完成所有数据文件的构建,可生成最优拟合模型对应的最佳匹配图(fig_best_match)、无检测均衡点(testing-free equilibrium)E₁以及内部地方病均衡点(interior endemic equilibrium)E_*。 "Variant Typing"(变异株分型)文件夹内的文件为独立模块,用于新冠病毒(COVID-19)的变异株研究。其中数据文件Publication_Data包含了第50天至第590天内5种新冠变异株的参数与初始条件;Publication_Data_Classification则依据研究手稿中的定理1.1与定理1.2,将变异株参数划分为不同类型。例如,T113对应定理1.1中由参数条件3所定义的类型,T123则对应定理1.2中的参数类型3。 本研究手稿《Theory of Infectious Diseases with Testing and Testing-less Covid-19 Endemic》(《带检测与无检测的传染病理论及新冠地方流行病》)由B.
