8-week WT or Ftsj1 KO mouse brain tRNA and tRF MiSeq

8-week brain total tRNA, total tRNA fragments (tRFs), and ribosome-contained tRNAs were sequenced using MiSeq. 3 wild-type male mice and 3 Ftsj1 KO male mice (C57BL/6, 8-week old)本研究采用MiSeq测序技术，对8周龄小鼠脑组织中的总tRNA（total tRNA）、总tRNA片段（tRNA fragments, tRFs）以及核糖体结合tRNA（ribosome-contained tRNAs）进行测序。实验所用动物为3只野生型雄性小鼠与3只Ftsj1基因敲除雄性小鼠，其品系均为C57BL/6，周龄为8周。
