通过求职者简历里各项资料的分析,给出简历的分数,主要能帮助应聘者了解自己的竞争力和简历资料的完善程度,更好帮助应聘者找合适的工作。岗位分数算法:通过公司招聘平台使用BeautifulSoup库解析HTML文档,并通过标签属性来查找特定的元素,并提取元素的文本内容或属性值来收集求职简历信息,这些信息包括基本资料,求职意向,工作经历,教育经历等,将其存储在数据库中。简历分数由两部分组成,一是完善分,主要代表了简历的资料完善程度。按内容是否完善获得相应分值,从基本资料,求职意向,工作经历,教育经历,项目经验,自我介绍,我的证书分,语言能力,技能专长,我的作品十个维度赋予每项固定分值;二是优化份,主要代表了简历资料的优化程度。“按级赋分”方式计分,从自我介绍,技能,工作经历中的工作内容平均文字数三个维度采用“分级定额赋分”;累进赋分对应聘者简历情况进行综合评分,帮助应聘者了解自己的竞争力和简历资料的完善程度,更好帮助应聘者找合适的工作。
This dataset assigns scores to job applicants' resumes by analyzing their resume materials, aiming to help applicants assess their competitiveness and the completeness of their resumes, thereby better facilitating their job hunting. The resume scoring algorithm is implemented as follows: The company's recruitment platform utilizes the BeautifulSoup library to parse HTML documents, locates specific elements via tag attributes, extracts their text content or attribute values to collect resume information, including basic personal details, job intentions, work experience, education background, and other relevant content, which are then stored in a database. The total resume score is composed of two parts: 1. Completeness Score: This score reflects the degree of completeness of the resume materials. Fixed scores are assigned to each of the following ten dimensions based on whether the corresponding content is complete: basic personal information, job intention, work experience, education background, project experience, self-introduction, certification section, language proficiency, professional skills, and resume portfolio. 2. Optimization Score: This score reflects the optimization level of the resume materials. It adopts the "graded scoring" method, with graded fixed-quota scoring applied to three dimensions: self-introduction, skills, and the average word count of job content in work experience. Progressive scoring is employed to comprehensively evaluate each applicant's resume, helping them understand their competitiveness and the completeness of their resume materials, so as to better assist them in securing suitable employment.
