PTCP 2013 — Charter of the Statute of the Territory Art. 14 Real estates and areas of considerable public interest — Metropolitan City of Florence

Specific and polygonal elements relating to artefacts and sites bound under Laws 364/09, 1089/39 and Legislative Decrees 490/99 and 42/04, as well as to the archaeological areas bound under Law 1089/39 and monumental trees as per the regional list drawn up pursuant to Article 3(4) of Law 60/1998.The dataset includes the information levels of art. 14 — Buildings and areas of considerable public interest of the Territorial Plan of Provincial Coordination approved by Delib. C.P. of 10/01/2013 (BURT No 11 of 13/03/2013).本数据集涵盖受第364/2009号法律（Law 364/09）、第1089/1939号法律（Law 1089/39）、第490/1999号立法令（Legislative Decrees 490/99）及第42/2004号立法令（Legislative Decrees 42/04）约束的人工制品与遗址相关的特定多边形要素，同时包含受第1089/1939号法律约束的考古区域相关特定多边形要素，以及根据1998年第60号法律（Law 60/1998）第3条第4款制定的区域名录中所列纪念性树木相关的特定多边形要素。本数据集还包含2013年1月10日经省审议会（Delib. C.P.）批准、2013年3月13日第11号《官方公报》（BURT No 11 of 13/03/2013）发布的《省级协调领土规划（Territorial Plan of Provincial Coordination）》第14条“具有重大公共利益的建筑与区域”的信息层级。
