This thesis is about the engineering (including purification, fabrication, and shape engineering) of diamond materials for practical applications (including ultrasensitive thermometry, unclonable anti-counterfeiting, and biofilm inhibition). And the data submited are all related to the findings observed in the thesis, which mainly includes scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, scanning transmission electron microscopy, photoluminescence microscopy characterizations results of our samples (diamond materials).
本论文聚焦面向实际应用的金刚石材料工程化研究,涵盖纯化、制备与形貌调控技术,其实际应用方向包括超灵敏测温、不可复制防伪以及生物膜抑制。本次提交的数据集均与本论文中的观测结果相关,主要包含所制备金刚石材料样品的扫描电子显微镜(Scanning Electron Microscopy)、透射电子显微镜(Transmission Electron Microscopy)、扫描透射电子显微镜(Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy)及光致发光显微镜表征结果。
