资源简介:
Both autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (auto and allo-HCT) are associated with significant alterations in the intestinal microbiome. The two transplant modalities often differ in the biology of the underlying disease, type of pre-transplant chemotherapy and resultant mucositis, and the degree of immune dysregulation post-transplant. The study was for the evaluation of the different patterns of dysbiosis and kinetics of microbiome recovery between the two transplant modalities.
