金融聯合徵信中心不同年齡及貸款類別區隔下授信金額及逾放比統計

統計範圍為本國銀行與外國銀行在台分行，本表所稱房貸係採聯徵中心授信餘額月報之融資業務分類為購買住宅貸款(自用)、購買住宅貸款(非自用)、購置住宅貸款(其他)、房屋修繕貸款、房屋修繕貸款(其他)；車貸係採聯徵中心授信餘額月報之授信科目為中期擔保放款、短期擔保放款及中期放款，放款用途為購置動產，擔保品類別為車輛；現金卡係採聯徵中心授信餘額月報之授信科目為現金卡放款；事業體用途(非法人組織)係採聯徵中心授信餘額月報之授信戶填報為自然人身分證統一編號或統一證號，以及有報送個人授信戶負責之事業體營利事業統一編號；其他個人貸款係未記入前述四項類別之個人授信。年齡類別20-45歲分類為青年、20歲以下為青少年、45歲以上為中老年，非本國人及無年齡資料者年齡類別為其他。

The statistical scope covers domestic banks and foreign bank branches operating in Taiwan. Housing loans referred to in this table are categorized into five types based on the financing business classification in the Monthly Report on Outstanding Credit Balances from the Joint Credit Information Center (JIC): housing purchase loans (owner-occupied), housing purchase loans (non-owner-occupied), housing acquisition loans (others), housing repair loans, and housing repair loans (others). Automobile loans refer to the credit items under the Monthly Report on Outstanding Credit Balances from JIC, including medium-term secured loans, short-term secured loans and medium-term loans, with the loan purpose being acquisition of movable property and collateral category being vehicles. Cash card loans refer to cash card loan items under the Monthly Report on Outstanding Credit Balances from JIC. Loans for unincorporated business entities refer to cases where the credit household reports using the national ID number of a natural person or the unified certificate number, as well as the unified business registration number of the business entity responsible for the reported individual credit household, as specified in the Monthly Report on Outstanding Credit Balances from JIC. Other personal loans refer to individual credit loans not covered by the four categories mentioned above. The age classification is as follows: 20-45 years old is categorized as youth, under 20 years old is adolescents, and over 45 years old is middle-aged and elderly. For non-residents in Taiwan and individuals without age data, their age category is classified as others.
