Oral Microbiota in Infants Fed a Formula Supplemented with Bovine Milk Fat Globule Membranes

The present study aimed to characterize the otal microbiota in infants fed with formula supplemented with MFGM, standard formula or human milk. The oral microbiota was analyzed at 4 (n=124) and 12 (n=166) months of age using Illumina MiSeq multiplex sequencing and taxonomic resolution against the HOMD 16S rDNA database of oral bacteria.

本研究旨在对喂食添加乳脂肪球膜（MFGM）配方奶粉、标准配方奶粉或母乳的婴儿的口腔微生物群进行表征。研究分别于婴儿4月龄（n=124）和12月龄（n=166）时，采用Illumina MiSeq多重测序技术，并基于人类口腔微生物组数据库（HOMD）的口腔细菌16S rDNA数据库完成分类学鉴定分析。
