UPS2 dataset. A benchmark dataset for evaluating the performance of PowerNovo2, Casanovo, PepNet, PEAKS Studio

UPS2 dataset represents a mixture of human-derived proteins, consisting of six groups with eight proteins each, whose concentrations span six orders of magnitude. The UPS2 proteins were added to an Escherichia coli extract to mimic complex biological matrices, making it a suitable tool for analyzing the sensitivity of algorithms under conditions of high sample complexity. The archive contains the dataset files converted to the MGF format.
