XPlanung dataset BPL “Riedwiesen 2nd change”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Riedwiesen” of the city of Schelklingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Due to the ongoing demand for residential areas in huts, the city of Schelklingen wants to realise another phase of the development plan “Riedwiesen 2nd Amendment”, right-winged since 10.11.1989, and provide further residential building plots.

开发规划（BPL）包含针对城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的各项规定。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为编制依据。本次可用数据集为席尔克林根市（Schelklingen）基于XPlanung 5.0平台编制的《Riedwiesen》开发规划。说明：鉴于小型住宅片区的持续用地需求，席尔克林根市拟推进《Riedwiesen 第二次修正案》开发规划的下一阶段实施，该修正案于1989年11月10日获批，并将提供更多住宅建筑地块。
